What is AJAX Document Viewer?
AJAX Document Viewer is a web-based online document viewer which can be linked from any application or embedded into any application.

Which browsers does it work on?
AJAX Document Viewer basically needs flash and java script enabled. As long as browsers have that it should work fine.
It has been tested to work on Internet Explorer 5+ and newer, Firefox 2.0 +and newer, Safari 3 and newer.

What document types are supported?
Currently we support more than 200 document types. We are working on adding more to this list. Some of the common ones are listed below. Click Here to view the complete list.

Of course.
If you install and set up AJAXDocumentViewer on your own server you can change look and feel of viewer.
If you are linking to our server for document viewing, you can still Personalize the viewer.

How much does it cost?
The Link It and Embed It versions are 100% FREE. You only pay if you need to personalize it or when you install it on your servers and embed it into your applications.

Is it secure to link my documents to AJAX Document Viewer?
We will not share any of your documents ever. We will not even display them on our website ever. It is upto you on who you send your document links to.
For Server Based Viewer Versions, since you will install the Viewer software on your server, you are responsible who views your documents and how.

What is the maximum file size I can convert?
There is NO limit on file size or page size. But keep in mind that larger files might mean slower loading based on internet speed.

What happens to a document once it is submitted?
We do not store any documents on our location. Most of the documents will be deleted within 24 hours from our servers. If you need the document again, just link it and it will be displayed dynamically through real time conversion.

Why cannot I upload my document on to your server and share the link with others?
We do not store any documents on our location. Most of the documents will be deleted within 24 hours from our servers and hence we do not offer upload facility.

Can I print my document with AJAX Document Viewer?
Yes Sure.
